i LOVE the eyeliner. it's the only one i use because it doesn't feel heavy and doesn't itch. BUT - not sure how much you get for the price. i noticed after a few weeks the applicator, which retracts, wasn't fully grabbing the product which seems stuffed high up into the cap. at the beginning i got a decent amount of product and a great solid eye line. now, i press in over and over and the applicator is going as far as it can and the product is stuffed too far in... bummer...

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble, and this should not happen. We’ve personally tested Mystikols and gave up at 200 applications, which was well before the liner ran out! It seems that there may be something wrong with the one you received, and we’d be happy to replace it.
