the "brush" that comes with it is amazing! it gets a really nice perfect line with out any smudges and gets really great ends to your lines. just use primer before you put this on.

i love this eyeliner. it works great...sometimes i have to touch up spots that dont come out as dark as other spots but thats no biggie when the liner stays all day. it glides on really smoothly and has a great and comfortable brush
no for long
I LOVE Jane Iredale makeup. But this eyeliner is not what I anticipated. It goes on REALLY thin..OK I'll make the line thicker. But it crumbles off over the day until I have nothing on. Not my favorite. I'll stick with the pencil or Mystique.
Back to wearing eyeliner!
A while back, everything irritated my eyes and I had to stop wearing contacts. Jane Iredale has been the only eye makeup I can use since, so thank you! I thought I'd never be able to wear eye makeup again! I have been very happy with this eyeliner, has had great staying power but the last one I got does not stay on and flakes in an unflattering way. Though the wonderful staff at JI has replaced this for me and it still has the same problem (though both eyeliners were from the same lot), I am not sure I am ready to give up. I may try something else, but if that doesn't work out, I'll stick with this and hope to get a good batch!
very wet
I am having great difficulty with this product and have stopped using it. It is so wet that when I line my upper lashes, then blink it tranfers wet glops onto my lower lashers. Not very good. I use many Jane products and love them but not this.
best eyeliner ever
sensitive skin and allergies not bothered at all. stays on for many hours through long nights dancing, sweating then comes off easily with any makeup remover including the magic mitt.
Great Color
Copper is a great color for brunettes. It gives a natural look without the harsh look of black. Very subtle for everyday use and can be amped up for evening glamour. It goes on smooth without any effort.
Love the brush
I've used so many different liquid eyeliners that I've lost count over the years, but this is my favorite brush/applicator, hands down. It's so easy to control, and allows you to get an extremely fine line/tightline. Some other comments have been critical of the pigment and consistency; I have copper and black/brown. I found copper to be perfectly pigmented and rich right from the start (it's a bit more gold than I expected, but the metallic is fun). Black/brown was a little runny for me the first few times, requiring multiple layers, but if I shake it up before application, it's fine.
Not my fav
I am absolutely in love with the pressed powder foundation of Jane Iredale and my best friend now also uses these products religiously. She insisted that I use jane's liquid liner but I was not very happy with the product because the liquid brush would not go on easily for me as many other liquid liners do. I've tried to use it every so often the past couple months but still displeased. I recommend her foundation to all but I have yet to find a great liquid liner...
Best Liquid Liner
I love this liquid liner! My favorite part is probably the brush-it makes it so easy to get a clean line! Don't ever change the brush! Also, a very gentle product!
Great product, but jar dries out too fast
I have used several JI products for several years now. I like the eyeliner, as it is non-irritating to my skin around the eye area. I like to wear a very thin layer, so love the thin brush. But...the jar dries out in just 2-3 of weeks of use, even though I use so little. ..Huge downside for me.
