I love this foundation. It goes on easily and extra can be applied in areas where you need more coverage without feeling like you are wearing a heavy foundation. I usually set it with a little of the pressed powder and I am good to go for the rest of the day.

Super Moisture
This product is so fantastic. I have extremely oily skin, even at 48 years old, and was very leery of trying this. I am so glad I did though. I just evens out my blotchy skin so well. I don't have to wear a base if I don't want to, it is that good of a coverage. It feels like a protective moisture barrier that blocks out the harmful rays. I don't even get red when I've been out in the sun, with this product. If I am going to be out most of the day I will use the Absence underneath it...super oil control and you cannot feel it at all...no globby build-up feeling whatsoever. I will never again use any other brand.....ever.

I was delighted with the sheerness of this moisturizer. I've wasted so much money on other products that were wrong for my skin. It absorbs so quickly I get out the door and on my way to work with a soft moisturized face.

Fabulous Product!
I have a fair complexion, with a mixture of yellow and olive undertones. As a results, I need something to even out my coloration. I've tried many mineral powders, foundations, etc, and finally found my answer in JI's Warm Bronze Dream Tint. That's all I need to wear (even in the winter) (plus PureGloss in Iced Mocha) on my lips, and I'm set. It lasts all day, making me look my best from morning to night. Thank you, JI! You are an expert in bringing out the best for those of in the "In between" shades. Keep it up!
AMAZING PRODUCT!!!!
This is the first time I have tried any of the Jane Iredale products and what a wonderful experience!!! This Dream Tint goes on velvety smooth and feels like silk on my skin. I have very sensitive skin with redness and this tinted moisturizer makes my skin look and feel flawless!! The medium light color is a perfect match and blends beautifully. AMAZING PRODUCT!!!!
Best Tinted Moisturizer
I absolutely love this product. I was hesitant to try it at first because I have very oily skin. However, I use it as a primer to my PurePressed Mineral Powder and I have noticed that my skin is less oily throughout the day. In fact, my skin feels so much softer now and it seems to have diminished my occasional breakouts. Thank you Jane Iredale!
Favorite product
So far, I've loved every product I've purchased from Jane Iredale. But Dream Tint stands out for me. It's a staple in my makeup collection. The light tint is a perfect complement to my complexion, and it evens out my skin tone. Combined with the PurePressed Base, my skin takes on a soft, matte appearance, which I've never been able to achieve before with other foundations and powders. Well done!
good product
This is by far the best tinted moisturizer I've ever tried. I love the smell of it. It doesn't have that make-up smell and you can't even feel it once it's on. There are two things that keep me from giving it a five. One, is that I have very red prone skin and this doesn't cover that very well. I never wear it alone, without the powder. Two, sometimes...it can be sort of dry and cakey and then that makes the powder look really bad. I have dry skin, so that is probably why. Still, I've spent a fortune on make up and this is still the best one so far and it lasts forever!
At last!
I have rosacea and have had several basil and squamous cell cancers cut off my face so it was very hard to find foundations that evened my skin tone while effectively covering some of the minor scarring. This is literally the ONLY one I've ever found that does both without ever looking or feeling like there's any foundation on at all! It's so light yet affords the coverage I need. Highly recommend it.
am i doing something wrong??
maybe i am applying this product incorrectly or something?? i thought i followed the package instructions but i experienced little balls caking on my skin as i tried to apply. wasn't exactly what i was expecting or hoping for. the smell is nice and the spf protection would have been a plus if i had been able to use this product...
Great for rosacea
I have super duper red undertones on my face. I just bought the Medium Light tinted moisturizer and it works great. I still need to wear a powder over it because of the extreme redness in my skin. But the combination is perfect. I recommend this very highly. I cannot feel the makeup on my skin and it lasts all day. Thank you Jane Iredale for another outstanding product.
tinted moisturizer
Fantastic product! Moisturizes skin and gives a beautiful finish. I personally like the Matt look over the shiny look, so i use the pure pressed base after for a great natural finish!

Nice Light Feel
One of the challenges as we age is to find makeup that minimizes the fine lines. This makeup does just that. It is light and has a nice, silky feel on application. Don't let the price stop you, the tube lasts a long time. Love all the Jane Iredale products!
Tint versus brightener?
What's the difference between a tint and a brightener? The light is way too light for my skin (I'm fair with pink undertones, and the light has too much yellow undertones for me), but I'm not sure if I should get the medium tint, or the peach brightener. Any advice?
Unbelievable Product
I was a fan of the pressed powder and loose powder foundations by Jane Iredale and tried this on a lark. It is unlike any similar product on the market. It is creamy and goes on smooth, but it DISAPPEARS. In a good way. It smooths out imperfections like a base, but it is essentially colorless. In just a minute or two my skin has absorbed it and feels smooth and natural, not greasy. It doesn't rub off or smear (like some tinted moisturizers do), and just makes the skin perfect alone or dusted with a powder. I don't know what's in this stuff, but it is truly amazing. BEST PRODUCT JANE SELLS, IMHO, and I am a fan of several of her products.
Love it but is it safe for pregnancy
I have been using this for a few months and really love it. Recently I became pregnant and I am nervous about the lavender ingredient. Is it safe?
flaky and cakey
I was excited to find a mineral foundation with SPF. But after following the directions and applying it to my skin, the moisturizer dried and looked cakey and flaky. I'm a little disappointed that it didn't work out
Best Weekend Look
I have extremely oily/acne prone skin, however I have found that this does not make me oilier. If you are rushed for time or just want a fast foundation this works great with the mattifying powder on top of it. Very good product, and would definitely recommend for anybody with oily skin. Thanks Ierdale company!
Great look and feel
I'm not one to review things a 5 star, but this product has changed my mind! I love the texture, not too light yet not too heavy for the coverage. My skin isn't always perfect on some days, but when I wear this, my skin evens out and feels like I got the best sleep I ever had. Love this stuff, don't ever get rid of this. :)
PERFECT FOR OILY/ ACNE- PRONE SKIN
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this moisturizer. I have oily, acne-prone skin and NEVER use moisturizers or creams on my skin, even if they are "oil-free". But I have used Dream Tint as a foundation for the passed few years and it has never failed me. It readily absorbs into my skin and creates a matte sort of finish that makes my face look LESS shiny than it is without the moisturizer. It is VERSATILE in that the light consistency allows it to blend and match my skin tone even in the summer months when I tan several shades darker. It has NEVER broken me out or irritated my skin. On the contrary it calms it and makes my skin soft. I rarely do product reviews unless I absolutely LOVE or hate a product. After several years of consistently amazing results, Dream Tint more than deserves my positive review!

Multi-use wonder
I have fair to medium skin with a lot of redness. I lean toward colors with yellow undertones to counteract the red. The medium-light shade matches my skin perfectly, but the medium shade is a bit warmer and covers the redness and evens out my discoloration a bit better. Just blend into the jaw line really well if you go a bit darker. Either color works under the pressed base powder foundation. I like the neutral look of the medium-light shade if I wear a lot of the pressed powder over it (using it more as a tinted moisturizer) or the medium shade if I use it alone (as a light foundation). This is such a versatile product, and the fact that it doesn't contain any toxic ingredients seals the deal. As with all JI products, a little really does go a long way, so one tube lasts and lasts. It's actually an excellent value.

This foundation is super light, goes on very easy and makes my skin feel fabulous. I use it under my powder foundation for just a bit more coverage. I must say that the quick, free shipping and the beautiful packaging with the lavander and personal note was extra special. sensitive, dry skin and love Dream Tint
I purchased Dream Tint in February and love it. I have a fair complexion with some age spots, sensitive and very dry skin and love to use this Tint--it evens out my skin irregularities. I agree that it has an odor but I'm very sensitive to odor and my skin is extremely sensitive but after this goes on I don't even notice the odor of the tint. Great product and a plus that it has SPF so I can use it alone as I often prefer!!
Jane Iredale Dream Tint Light
I have finally found an SPF tinted moisturizer that works for my problem skin. I have had problems with using high SPF chemical sunscreens daily under makeup to protect my skin. I went to a dermatologist for over a year and was prescribed a retinoid to try to undue the damage of clogged pores. I did a lot of research to find a "makeup" that was not heavy but gave me the sun protection that I needed. All of the natural sunscreens were too white and chalky. I finally tried Dream Tint and I love it and have no desires to change brands. My skin is protected from the sun and it does not break out. I now have people complementing me on my porcelain skin. I have dark hair and blue eyes and fair skin and the tint is so perfect that most people think that I just have a flawless complexion. Thank you!
Wanted to Love This
I so wanted to love this product. On paper, it sounds perfect. But it caused me to break out in places I never break out. So sad.
LOVE IT
I really love this sheer tinted foundation with SPF. It is part of my daily regimine. My skin looks so much better. I also used the pressedpowder foundation over it and a hydration spray to set. WONDERFUL. I currently use the light color as I am fair. I hope it comes back in stock soon!
Flawless but light coverage
Dream Tint was exactly what I had been looking for: a great, light, flawless coverage. I finish it with either my Brush-Me-Matte (love that one too) or the Powder-Me-SPF Dry Sunscreen. For more formal occasions, I use it as a base for my powder foundation and then finish with some Brush-Me-Matte on the tip of my nose. Great product!
It gave me a rash
I loved the way my face looked after applying, very natural. However, after about 3 days of using, I began to develop a rash all over my face. This was the only new or different thing that I was using, so I stopped using it. I went to the dermatologist and she prescribed a cortisone cream and also asked me to test the foundation by applying in a small hidden area, and sure enough I developed a rash where I was testing it. I have never had this issue before and was surprised because I have used the pure pressed mineral foundation for years with no problems. So if you have sensitive skin, you may want to consider something else. I hate to be the one that gives it a bad review but I'm just basing it on my personal experience.
Color
I really do love this Dream Tint, However, I don't think the color fits me very well. I wish you would add some other colors with warm undertones, for those with lots of red that need help to minimize. I feel this undertone has more pink, and that is something i for sure need to stay away from! With this said I do love the JI line and have been wearing for almost 10 years.
Dream Tint is PERFECT!
LOVE dream tint in medium! I have med/tan skin with yellow gold undertones and combo skin and the medium in dream tint is perfect. Dream tint Brightens and evens my complexion, and it lasts a full work day. After cleasing & moisturizing my face, i apply the Smooth Affair primer all over and the enlighten concealer for my under eye discoloration. Then I apply the dream tint with a blending brush. I also set the tint with the Powder Me SPF in tanned, and brush a little of the Purematte powder on my t-zone. Spray with hydration spray and I'm set from 7:00am till 7:00pm.
Dream Tint is Perfect!
This review is continued from my previous review.... To apply dream tint I dot the product on my face, and blend with a damp blending brush. This application works best for me. The result is even coverage but still light and natural looking. I've tried the purepressed powder, amazing base, and liquid minerals, but the dream tint with the powder me SPF gives me the coverage and color I am looking for. For reference I was color matched to golden glow mixed with autumn (pure pressed) and latte (liquid minerals). All products are great, but I've found the best look with dream tint.

Dream Tint changed
Noticing a difference with the Dream Tint Foundation that was not there before. The product dose not last throughout the day, the consistency has changed, and does not work a well as the older version. Change is not always good.
Totally worth it!
I bought the natural shade and it's just awesome, It's like is part of your skin, is soft and natural, it may be a little bit expensive but it's worth it, it looks good and is good for your skin
