Great coverage
I bought this and am quite pleased! I have tried several of the traditional Korean bb creams. All of them have been nice but not great for oily skin as they break me out. the only one I've found aside from this one that I liked was the Rachel k cc cream but it does not provide much coverage. This bb cream is medium to full coverage as they claim. I've tried using brushes, sponges and my fingers. I suggest using a small amount and use you fingers to apply otherwise it can get a little cakey. Overall a nice product as usual Jane iredale, keep up the great work!

Need more colors PLEASE
I was so excited to purchase and use the BB cream for my casual everyday running errands routine. Unfortunately the BB5 was to light and the BB7 to dark. I had to put my Warm Silk pressed powder over it to lighten it........which of course defeated the whole purpose of the BB cream. I am hoping that the odd number only colors means you plan to come out with even numbers? I need a 6....PLEASE because I love the product and want to get it ASAP.
Glow Time
We just received the testers for the Glow Time at our office and I LOVE this product! I am someone who usually wears the liquid minerals so I am used to a lighter coverage but I love the look of this as well! I really did feel like I had a "bit of a glow" to my skin. Thanks Jane for another awesome product that I didn't even know I needed!
Too thick - sits on skin
Not what i expected - read so much about BB creams that i wanted to try it from JI line because i like their mineral foundations and concealers. However, i was disappointed with this cream.. It feels thick and just sat on top of my skin. It makes my pores standout. It was difficult to smooth on due to its thickness. It is thicker than a liquid foundation, in my opinion. Now I just use it as a spot concealer.

Well done Jane Iredale! I have tried so many BB creams and foundations and they just didn't do it for my overly sensitive skin. Glow Time covers just like a full coverage foundation but minus all the awful fillers and chemicals they contain. I am very satisfied with this product and hope they never discontinue it. I plan on spreading the word about it to all of my friends and family.
Great for Rosacea
I have been a Liquid Minerals girl for about 6 years now, and last year I switched to the Amazing Base because my rosacea has gotten worse and the LM was just not covering the awful redness & bumps (although it makes my skin feel great!). My skin is really dry, though, so the AB was absorbing some of the precious moisture on my skin. I was so excited when I saw that Jane Iredale had a new liquid foundation that (bonus!) was moisturizing and provided medium to full coverage! I just got my order today, and I am so pleased! I feel like my skin looks 5+ years younger (I'm 31), and the Glow Time feels great on my skin. I love that it is thick enough to hide the redness, but it doesn't look cakey or unnatural. FABULOUS Product!
As a model (over 50 years of age) I first heard about Jane Iredale cosmetics through a makeup artist on set. She swore by the line and liking the results she produced, I decided to give it a try. I am in LOVE with this makeup! The coverage is great, covers little dark spots and freckles I need to hide, plus it gives a flawless finish to my skin with no settling in creases, or fine lines. It doesn't rub off, feel very light on, and does not look heavy on like a lot of medium to full coverage foundations. This is my "go to" makeup for every day and for modeling or stage events. An added plus is having the SPF factor so I don't have to worry about sun damage. Would HIGHLY recommend for any woman who is over a "certain age" and looking for that soft focus finish of days gone by. This makeup does the trick. I do wish they would add a few neutral tones between the shades of their present offerings but for now I use BB7 for summer and mix BB5 and BB7 for winter when my skin is lighter.
AMAZING!!
I don't normally write reviews but I love this product and the primer so much, that I'm making the effort to do so. I usually wear the pure pressed base (golden glow), but now I live in a warmer climate (Hawaii) so I wanted to try a liquid foundation as i'm finding I look a little washed out by the end of the day when using my powder. I purchased the smooth affair primer and the Glow Time BB7 and used it for the first time yesterday... AMAZING! I went out on a boat and was in the heat for quite some time. By the end of the day my skin still looked fresh, moisturized, young and vibrant. I AM SOOOO IMPRESSED. It feels great - once it's on you don't even remember it's on. It smells even better and I am just SO SO SO SO SO HAPPY! For anyone looking for a more dewy look over a powder i'd recommend this! I will still use my powder when I go out at night as I love the look of the powder, but for a more active daytime perfect coverage (with SPF) i'm definitely sticking with this :-) I LOVE YOU AND AM SO APPRECIATIVE OF YOU JANE IREDALE :-)
BB CREAM...THE BOMB
Received a sample of JI BB1 cream. Unbelievable......need I say more? This bb cream matches my pale redhead skin perfectly. I'm oily an large pored, and it does not adversely affect either condition. Applied sparingly, I build upon it for a flawless peaches and cream look. This product is magic, really. It appears as though nothing is on the skin. The final look, flawless, natural and healthy with a glow. Having used the same foundation for 25 years, has me converted. At 53 I have the best looking skin I have had in a lifetime. I need to go into sales for this product line in Asia! Asian women are notorious for skin care and this would rock their world.
The Best
I just went to the launch of Glow Time at my local Soft Surroundings store. It is wonderful. I love the way you can tailor the coverage from light to full and the natural look of my skin. And to think Glow Time is good for my skin. What a great product!
color problem
I first got the B7 and it was yellow yellow yellow...then went for the B5 and it was too light...the two together do not combine well so I now own two of this product that I cannot use. love all my Jane Iredale products just wish this had worked too.
Unbelievably great!
I'm a huge Jane Iredale fan. I've been using the Liquid Minerals for some time but wished it had better coverage. Glow Time is exactly what I was looking for. It provides great coverage, but if I want a slightly lighter look, I mix it with Liquid Minerals to thin it out a bit. It looks best applied with a damp sponge, and I set it with my other all-time favorite JI product: Pure matte finish powder. I have very sensitive skin, and was concerned that I might react to this, but after 2 weeks, still absolutely no problems. Thank you---please don't change it or discontinue, ever!!
good stuff
I just got my BB cream yesterday and used it for the first time today. I really like it so far. A few comments: *It offers much fuller coverage than what I had been using (Dream Tint and/or pressed powder.) *A little goes a loooong way. You only need a tiny bit of product to cover your whole face. *It's really blendable and easy to apply. I used a foundation brush and followed up with a cosmetic sponge, then a hydration spray. Good stuff!
AMAZING
JUst a little dot of this foundation gives me better coverage than I've ever experienced. It blends flawlessly and gives me a gorgeous dewy look. I'll never wear anything else!
Fabulous cream!
I love it :)...I find that it goes on even easier if I apply a touch of facial oil first. The other day I applied some organic argan oil-then put the BB5 cream on top-twas perfect :) ox
I would need a 6
I would really like this, but also am in between the 5 and 7 colors. I am a medium light, with light olive undertone; more neutral. The 5 is too light and the 7 is much to yellow. I had to blend my Warm Sienna over in loose powder to work it out, but that defeats the purpose.

I will never try a different makeup, this is great for wrinkled, aging skin. Goes on smooth apply the primer before the foundation you will not be disappointed it is amazing!!!!!!!
The Holy Grail of foundations!
Glow Time is the most amazing foundation I have ever used! I am 57 with pretty good skin except for large pores. I prefer a dewy finish that doesn't look dry like elephant hide when you step outside into the light. From the first application (used a brush) I was in LOVE! Unbelievable coverage without mask-like feel. It only takes 2 pea sized drops for entire face. Finish is dewy and GLOWS!! I used B5 even with my cool undertones. Worked great. Set it with D2O Hydration Spray. Luminous finish and it LASTS all day. Compliments abound!
Too thick no moisture
This product is thick and has no moisturizing effect. It's like smearing concrete on my face. The only way I can use it at all is to mix it with a day cream. I was very disappointed and have no idea what benefit I'm gaining.
Too oily
I absolutely love the coverage. However, after a couple of hours my skin becomes very oily & the cream doesn't last very long. Do you have any solutions?
pasty texture and dysfunctional color
I had high hope for this product because bb cream is popular because people found it has more coverage than the liquid one and more natural looking than powder foundation. Wrong in all aspects. The texture is too thick and pasty like oil paint spread on the canvas at the time of apply. Just sits there. However, 3-4 hours later, some are melted on my face and I look like a person with vitiligo. The color BB 5 is too yellow on my skin and I'm Asian. This color would be even yellow for people with jaundice. I'm afraid to buy other shades now. I don't know what the lab staff thought and how they formulated the cream but it doesn't deliver the purpose described on the product page.
In Love!
I am usually someone that reads reviews & not writes them, but this product is wonderful! I have tried so many different foundations and I finally feel really good about a purchase. I was a bit hesitant because of the price, but it is worth it for the amount you get. You don't need much for great coverage. My skin feels nourished and looks great. I am 31 with medium skin that is a bit acne proned and oily, but I've noticed a decrease in breakouts since using it this last week. My fingers are crossed that it will continue to work out!
Okay but drying.
I've been using this a couple weeks now. I have very sensitive skin and the weather has just changed so my skin is especially sensitive. I was hoping this product would solve the issue of covering my blemishes and splotchy skin while not being drying but unfortunately this did not do the trick. The product has a drying effect that I was not expecting. I wear my normal moisturizer underneath. Not quite right.
Better Than Good
The look and feel of my skin has improved noticeably after using Glow Time. A small amount offers exceptional coverage, and my skin does indeed appear to glow while never looking like I am wearing foundation. Also, I have very acne prone skin; however, I strongly believe this mineral cream has attributed to my clear skin. I am thrilled and blessed to have discovered such a wonderful make-up!
Full Coverage Mineral BB Cream
I'm not too impressed with this product - it is too thick and difficult to blend smoothly. Can a moisturizer be used with it to thin it out? I also look jaundiced and my supplier did check the match. I recommend trying out the product before purhasing. It is not a product for everyone. I wish I had tried it out because I probably wouldnt have purchased it.
Best foundation ever
I am in love with this foundation! No more concealer s . Just apply with fingers as shown a you have amazing flawless coverage! 5 stars is not enough. Easy ,beautiful and skin feels amazing!
BB Cream
I was excited to try BB cream after using other Jane Iredale products and loving them. I am extremely disappointed in this product for several reasons. While wanting full coverage this cream is hard to work into skin and leaves be feeling cakey. I had my skin matched twice by a professional and both of the colors I've tried have not blended well with my skin. I also started breaking out after using this product. I have decided to switch back to the mineral beads foundation because it makes my skin GLOW. Love Jane Iredale products just don't recommend this one.
Wow!
I was using Dream Tint and Amazing Base, but powder is making me look older these days. I heard about BB creams on Dr. Oz and decided to see if Jane Iredale had one, since I love all her makeup. And I am happy I found Glow Time--I don't need two layers anymore to hide my rosacea. I got the BB1 and put too much on the first time, put it all over my face, looked super white, but then after a few minutes, I just looked like porcelain! With no powdery edges. I'll use less in the future, but I think I'm going to love Glow Time--just a little of that and I'm good to go!
Perfect for ruddy skin!
I am oily and ruddy with reddish areas from broken capillaries and I need FULL COVERAGE and this is it!! i am fair so I use BB3 and apply it with fingers and then I use my JI Foundation brush to make sure I got it even and in all the areas around the nose, under the eyes, too as it is it's own concealer since it's full coverage! Covers all imperfections and evens out my skin tone to a nice natural canvas so I can finish off with the JI cream blushes and then a dusting of the Pure Matte Pressed Powder translucent. Stays on long and looks natural and healthy even on oily skin.
The Best for My Pale Skin
I'm 72 and have spent the last 43 years looking for the right foundation. This is it. It's the only one that gives me everything I want for my pale, translucent, pinkish skin (I use BB1): It's the perfect color, so I don't have to mix other color in anymore. The coverage is excellent, so my veins don't show. It brightens my face, which almost no other foundation has ever done. It doesn't settle into wrinkles. It doesn't need powder. It looks absolutely natural--a friend couldn't believe I was wearing foundation. It has a soft, dewy finish. It's cruelty free (essential). And no fragrance. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Thank you, Ms. Iredale, for ending my very long search.
Great BB Cream
I have used various BB creams and like Jane Iredale's BB cream the best. I ordered BB3 and here's my initial reaction - I dot it on with my fingers and started to spread it on my face. At first I thought to myself, I wonder if this color matches okay as it looked really yellowish but as many of you know that have used BB creams, the color starts to change after a few minutes. Also, if one is not used to applying BB creams, it takes some practice. Some of you remarked that it's too thick and doesn't spread. If the formulation was any thinner, I don't think it would cover very well. I found after wearing the BB cream all day and night, that the coverage was still fresh looking at the end of the day. I powdered over the BB cream with Satin loose minerals and the finish looked phenomenal. I did notice that the BB cream did not cover the pores on the side of my nose initially until later on when the BB cream started to smooth out more. I think I will apply a little of the Smooth Affair before the BB cream and that should take care of that issue. Both products smell wonderful. The Smooth Affair smells like citrus. I think that all BB creams after a few hours will create some oiliness to the skin but I find that Jane Iredale BB cream holds up the best. I usually blot the excess oil once a day with one of those oil blotting papers. Not much oil was apparent with Jane Iredale BB cream where other BB creams really melted after a few hours and had to be touched up.
LOVE LOVE LOVE!
This is the best foundation I have ever purchased. Every time I wear it, people tell me I have beautiful skin and that I'm literally glowing. Even my makeup artist friends ask where I bought my foundation. It's amazing! I'm 26 years old, and this combined with the wonderful smelling primer, gives me amazing skin. My skin has even improved over time and looks good without makeup. Love this stuff! Please don't ever stop making it. It might be good to get a higher range of colors though, because BB5 is too light for me and BB7 is to dark. Its to costly to purchase two bottles. Might be good to have one right in between those! Love this stuff!
glow time bb cream
i love jane iredale products but for e this is a no no. really thick and a nightmare to put on.i try mixing with moisturiser and other ways to see if it goes on any better but nothing has worked. pity as i was going a cruise and thought it would be ideal. i,m sorry but is only good for the bin . ****BEST FOUNDATION EVER!!!!!!!!!*****
Skin type: Dry, oily in t-zone with makeup on. Semi-mature skin. Acne prone. Hyperpigmentation from past breakouts. Skin color: Light tan/olive medium skin w/ yellow undertones. I wear BB5 mixed with BB7 (the shades are limited but whatever the product is amazing so I mix to get my exact shade but I've had to do this with EVERY foundation I've ever used). Issues with other foundations: Foundations always break me out. Never had a zit until I started wearing makeup then I had to wear makeup to cover up my skin breakouts. Nothing gives me enough coverage with GLOW, everything that gives glow never covers enough. ENTER JANE IREDALE BB CREAM GLOW TIME. Best foundation EVER!!!!!!! This is the ONLY skin makeup that has not made me have zits and it seems to even help my skin irritation go down. My skin has IMPROVED since using this makeup. COVERAGE: the coverage is AMAZING. Flawless, airbrushed look. HOW TO APPLY: It is mineral & it is THICK, so apply with clean warm finger tips, circular motions to melt it into your skin with your warmth, once it's melted in, then take a stippling brush & smooth it all out evenly for an airbrushed look. POWDER: I do powder my t-zone. LASTING POWER: It lasts on me all day beautifully, no patchiness, no melting off. You must not wear oil based products UNDER this foundation because oil REMOVES makeup, so mineral makeup will slide off your face if you're using a product UNDER it that doesn't combine well. I suggest using a day SERUM, not heavy lotions, oils, or oil based lotions. The product lasts months and months too, I am going on 5 months of the same tube & I use it everyday and I use quite a bit of it. Hope this review helped!
Worth trying
I love janr iredale products. I have oily skin. In the past had acne. Jane iredale is wonderful line that does not harm the skin. I normally wear pressed powder in bisque. I hear so much about bb creams so i decided to try it. I was instructed to buy bb3. Unfortunately that color was too light. I contacted jane iredale thinking that maybe i am applying it wrong or just too much. Ashley contacted me and sugessted that i try shade darker bb5 And yes she was right . I went back to where i purchased it and ask for exchange. I really though that since the color palette is so small i will not be able to find my color. Thank you Ashley for the suggestion! I also wanted to add that it is definitely a product that you do not need a lot of and you need to learn how to apply it. It looks very well when skin is well hydrated. Using hydrating masks is beneficial. It is worth trying.
Finding Right Color
I absolutely love Jane Iredale makeup. I have only used the sample kit medium and love the colors although I'm not sure the foundations are right for me. I want to try the Glow Time Full Coverage BB Cream because I am a huge fan of liquid makeup vs powder. Although I do add power after for finishing and love the look. I am warm with yellow undertones and have redness on the cheeks and chin that I want covered. I have read the great reviews about coverage and staying power and I want that for myself. What color would you suggest for me please?
Ingredients
I have been using Jane Iredale for about 5 years now and I am in love with all of the wonderful products! BB Cream is one product in particular that I have only been using for a few months but I absolutely love it, it works so well. However, I finished my first BB Cream so I bought a new one, but it seems to smell different. It smells much more fruity and full of fragrance like than it did before and now causes my skin to break out. I was wondering if maybe the ingredients were changed? And if so, why?
Best BB, CC or DD Cream Around..
I LOVE LOVE jane iredale's products, I was first introduced by this green beauty store named "Vert" in venice, back then I only knew about the liquid liner..fast forward to two months ago, I was browsing at my local beauty supply, right by where I live and low and behold they carry J.I. I went in to ask about any suggestions for tinted moisturizers and the nice lady told me about JI's glow time..I specifically explained how my yellow toned skin is extremely hard to match and she said that BB7 is exactly what I need, she let me try it in a little container, I came back that same day...Please note, after you are done applying, you have to wait at least 30 minutes, and then it settles into the correct color of your skin along with the craziest awesome finish you could imagine..another amazing think about this is that the primer in this solution really REALLY works...it stays on my face all day long. Right now I am trying to figure out which color I am for the Pure Pressed, because I want something that is minimal coverage, and I cant seem to figure out which one it would be, but at least I have my medium coverage to deep coverage, this is buildable so if you want it to cover more, you just need to add layers...I used to buy all kinds of expensive non green brands, but I found everything I need in this one product. Please dont forget a couple things that I would have liked to when I bought..wait 1/2 hour for it to settle and always always warm the product between finger tips and it literally GLIDES on..!
disappointed
I purchased this at a store last fall, during a new store opening event. I used it for a while, but the tube is still in the cabinet. I found it too thick, difficult to spread and not at all the finish I was hoping for. I've tried some other Jane Iredale products and have been pleased, but this was a waste.
Great formula for dry skin
Very moisturizing with great coverage (comparable to other med/ful coverage BB creams). It ended up being too heavy for me, and I switched to the Liquid Minerals, but I still think the formula would be amazing for the right skin type. However, there reaaaaalllly needs to be a #6. I've read other reviews and I agree with this. The #5 is too light and the #7 way too yellow. Even when I tried various degrees of mixing them together I couldn't get the right shade (Amber in the Liquid Minerals is perfect).
Excellent coverage for sensitive/acne-prone skin
This is by far the best foundation I have used since it gives excellent coverage without looking cakey and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all. I have fair skin with red undertones, acne scars, and active breakouts. I use about a pea-sized amount of BB3 every morning and that really is enough for full coverage over my entire face. It is a little thick, which I find helpful since I want full coverage. It blends easily and leaves a nice dewy look. I typically brush the Beyond Matte powder over my t-zone as my skin gets very oily during the day. I've been using this product for about two months and my skin has been much less acne-prone since I've switched to Jane Iredale products and since I've been using the Magic Mitt to remove makeup. Since it takes such a small amount, the product will last a long time which makes the price not so bad. I've been using it for two months and I'm still on my first container with plenty left.

I just bought this bb cream..my first ji product purchase and I'm already in love.. Ji will be seeing a lot more of me and my money!! Acne scars and hyperpigmentation are covered.. Love this!!!! ❤
There isn't better out there!
This is the best stuff I have ever used and I have oily/combo skin so ladies if you have oily skin this is for you!! I have always had this issue with other foundations or BB creams making my face looks GROSS and a lot of the time more oily. This one goes on FLAWLESS it really gives you that flawless even skin look and it feels so light. Then as the day goes on and my face gets a bit oily (and I mean normal oily not crazy oily, this product does not make my face even more oily) it doesn't look oily. This product doesn't make my face look horrible and gross when my oily appears it gives me a glow that I have had ladies compliment me on! Its a must buy. I used to envy those ladies who would have a bright glowing flawless face well with this stuff my oily combo and sometimes red face looks like that!
to good to be true ?
i've been looking every where for a full coverage BB cream that looks more natural and last all day long ; reading theese reveiws and searching this product really makes me think this could be the right BB cream for me ! ( finally ) ... but im not sure about what color i should be using & would really like to test this product out to see if it works for my skin type & lasts as long as i need it to ; so with that being said , is there any way i could get samples of the more fair colors before buying this product ?
Great product but not sure about color choices
I received a sample of #5, and I absolutely love the product itself, great coverage yet natural looking. However, the shade doesn't work for me. It's a tad too light and too yellow. I wanted to try #7 but from what I'm reading it's just even more yellow. Does anyone have any input on which shade might work?

I received a sample of the BB5 and I loved it!! My only complaint was that it gave me a little orange tone but the shade otherwise would be perfect. I haven't purchased one just because of that...
LOVE this BB cream
I picked up the whole box set which includes: Smooth Affair Facial Primer & Brightener, GlowTime Full Coverage Mineral BB Cream and then 5 smaller BB creams in different shades to test out. The BB cream is THICK! The first time I used it I applied the same amount on my foundation brush as I did with my other liquid foundation. (Pea sized) WAYYYYY too much. A teeny bit goes a very long way and it covers so well. I did notice that it does not look very well in the under eye area. It looks a bit clumpy and looks very noticeable. Each time I use it now I apply even less than half a pea sized drop, and I never put it under my eyes. I use a foundation with one drop of Jojoba oil, then the brightener and then the BB cream. Gives a flawless and even cover. It's AMAZING. I also love that it doesn't clog my pores, and it doesn't break me out. I've tried authentic Korean BB creams and they broke me out something horrible. For reference I have oily/acne prone skin. I don't feel I have anything on my face, and it doesn't transfer the way liquid foundations do. Love it!

I am very surprised to see Aluminum Hydroxide as one of the ingredients. Some studies have shown that aluminum is linked to degenerative brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. I really wanted to try the Mineral BB Cream but knowing that is has aluminum is a big concern.
Unsure of Color Choice
I received my order of this yesterday and really like the texture and finish this product provides. I have used Jane's amazing loose base for years and I use Bisque. I ordered BB1 (as LovelySkin.com said that one was similar to Bisque) but it seems a bit chalky and too pink. My skin has more yellow undertones as does my loose base in Bisque. I want to exchange it, but I'm not sure which one I should get. Can you help me chose the right color?
Flawless Full Coverage
Flawless Full coverage, yes I said full coverage, so if you bought this thinking sheer and natural, you didn't read about the product first. This is fabulous for us gals with broken capillaries, acne, scars, and any other ruddy reddish or purplish flaw on the skin that needs to be really covered. You can make a totally clear slate with this foundation and then sculpt in the blush, the contouring if you want, and the eyes and lips to create the face you wish you really had!! Love this! I am super oily and I finish with the Beyond Matte translucent powder and and while I still have a luminescent sheen over my face from this JI make-up, it is healthy & glowy looking, not oily or dark and shiny. It keeps all my redness(flaws)covered all day , but I do touch up the oily bleed thorough that happens after several hours again with the Beyond Matte powder. Part of having oily skin....When I finally wash it off, I am shocked to see what I hid all day! Highly recommend for those needing to make a healthy blank canvas and go from there.
Beautiful Coverage but Color Matched Incorrectly
I purchased this BB cream at a local spa where the girl working there color matched me. The lighting was poor and she only put it on a small portion of my face. When I applied it at home, it was too light on my skin. The spa does not allow returns or exchanges. Ugh! Other than the color issue, the product is great.
Appropriately Named!
Glow time foundation does just that...makes your skin glow! I've had several people compliment my skin since I started wearing it and that never happened before. It covers flaws and smooths your complexion beautifully. I have light medium complexion and found that if I mix BB5 and little BB7, it's the perfect shade. Also, I've found that application is easy if I dot it on my forehead, cheeks, nose and chin and then use the blending brush to spread it out. Very pleased with this product - - especially since it has sunscreen. Great job, JI!
Loved at first
I bought this bb cream and have been using it for over a week and at first I loved it but now I notice that my face looks REALLY shiny a couple of hours after applying it. I can't figure out why... I have replaced my morning moisturizer with this so I am not using anything underneath and the only thing that I am using over it is bronzing powder. Can you recommend what I should do?
Took time getting used to....
Through days of trial and error with the application I finally understand how this works. At first I thought omg so thick, Cakey, gross! Everyday I tried a little less, then used literally a pea sized amount for whole and used a brush to blend it in, finally the look was achieved. My sun spots are covered ( which was my goal), and no breakouts (knock on wood). So you really need patience with this product but it delivers what it advertises, full coverage and glow.
Not happy
I recently bought the bb cream and am so disappointed with it. I got this in bb 9 as bb 11 was way too dark for me. But it just makes me look totally grey :( such a waste of money

I agree with some of the reviews that thus formula is thick/ concentrated and somewhat drying, but if it is used/mixed with the JI primer, it is very manageable and goes on smoothly. The primer makes a big difference with the ease of use if this product! The primer also allows very little of the BB cream needing to be used. I almost used more primer than BB cream. The primer helps diminish pores. So I would recommend the primer as a necessity when buying the BB cream .
Love it!
My face is atrocious--acne, scarring, t-zone...it goes on and on. I need full coverage, but unfortunately most full coverage foundations have ingredients that make my acne worse. This stuff is a life saver! My acne has reduced drastically since I switched over to this. The coverage is just as flawless as the studio makeup I was using prior, plus it gives me a nice subtle glow.

I love this cream. I first purchased BB5 but it was too light for me so now I use BB7 and sometimes mix the two. I can't believe how great it looks on my skin. My skin looks like it is glowing, I feel that the recommended amount is too much, and I need very little.

At first I really loved this. My hubby loved it. When I tried it at the shop with the help of makeup artist. But now I find it is pretty difficult to wear it naturally. I tried it with my finger, foundation brush. But it gave me unnatural look. I am full time mom and I thought this simple one would help me a lot. But it turned out wrong. It is pretty expensive and hard to get the natural look. Maybe I should buy your powder foundation, not this one. I regret my choice now. But the color no.7 is perfect for my californian sunkissed tone. Oh I love your non animal test policy, too.
Best bb cream
This bb cream is the best and one of the first purchases I made from the line and it's improved my whole face. It's definitely full coverage and it's supposed to be that way. It's not your drug store bb cream. This stuff can be layered up to cover better than a concealer. A tip though if you layer it to cover a lot and it feels heavy or you feel a little bit Caky just get the jane iredale d2o hydrating spray. It combats that Caky look and plumps wrinkles. Its for setting makeup and does work for that too. I have never actually looked caky using this though. i have trouble with every foundation in the past making me look older but this stuff never does that. My skin no longer goes through bad breakouts and the more I wear this the more my skin improves. It's never looked so good. I feel guilty putting other makeup on my face when I'm wearing this because I know it's bad and its reversing all the progress I've made so far. Xoxo

I received a small sample where get facials and love it! The only problem was that the bb7 gave me a yellow tone. I am relatively lighter tone with a red undertones. I normally have to buy lighter makeup. I would like to purchase but don't know what to buy. Need help!
face discoloration, bleach-looking spots
My cousin used this on my face recently and I was amazed how great it was. I have large bleach looking spots on my face and I am wondering if this is used as a concealer or after a concealer is used? I don't used make-up so I'm very clueless. Any input would be great, many thanks
Clogged pores
I unknowingly bought this product in the wrong color and accidentally bought two tubes. So now I am stuck with a product that clogs the pores on my nose and is to dark and cannot return the unused product! How do you choose the correct color online? Can I return the products? I want to try the CC cream but am afraid and very apprehensive... will be stuck with another expensive product that may or may not be the correct color.

I have to thank Jane Iredale for this bb cream. There are many of us out here that adore this formulation and for good reason. The description given for this bb cream is accurate so it should be hard to be disappointed when getting it. I think the problem is that society is so used to things that are bad for our skin that when someone brings us something good for us it goes unappreciated. If you are not getting optimal results it may be because of the extra nasty stuff that your using on your face. I'm replacing all my other products with Jane Iredale ones. I know this makeup isn't cheap but at the same time you aren't supposed to use a lot and it will last a very long time. I suffer from very dark circles, dark spots, dry patchy skin, oily t zone, and most makeups make me look older than i am. This makeup is my Holly Grail. I only hope that I can buy this product for the rest of my life. I love the luminous healthy look it gives my skin and I have confidence in myself. Thank you
DREADFUL
This is the first review I've ever done, but felt I had to write one to express my extreme disappointment with this product. I purchased it on 5 April in England, UK, really excited to try it as it hasn't been out long in the UK, and applied it exactly as in the video, (after cleansing and moisturising). It was very thick - didn't spread so VERY difficult to blend and it clung to all the pores and emphasised them! So, I then tried it with a primer first then small dabs of Glow Time on top, but it made no difference to the overall effect. The result was awful. I found the product drying and the overall effect on me was aging. It wasn't luminous or velvety at all. I put some Purepressed base on top - an amazing product - but I just looked old and caked with make-up. Couldn't wait to remove it all. A complete waste of money. I love the fact that the products are free of parabens etc and have been using Purepressed base for several years, but this BB Cream is a disappointment to say the least.
Love it but color is way off
I love the makeup but my local Nordstrom didn't have the product to color match me. JI.com sent me a sample of BB7 but it is WAY too pink/dark for me. I don't have the time or patience to try to find a local store that can color match me. Is there a sample kit that can be sent? I normally wear Golden Glow in winter, Latte in summer.
Wrong colour
Hi. I have only used Glow Time in BB3 once as I purchased the wrong shade. It is a shade too light and quite pink (BB3) for my skin tone. I really want to be able to use this product. The problem is, as I live in Japan and so I could not buy this cream from your website. The buyer I purchased it from is not able to exchange it. Are you able to help, please?
BB cream
I recently purchased the CC cream in BB7. I have used the color Latte in the past, and the BB7 is what I was told was a good match where I purchased it. The BB7 is too light and would like to know what you would consider the best match to the Latte in the BB cream. Thank you! I am disappointed because I dont believe I am going to be able to exchange it after just one use.
